We're committed to helping our team members build long-term careers with real opportunities for advancement.Position: Installation Specialist - Non-exemptPosition Reports to: Installation ManagerJob Purpose Summary: Install Appliances - Provide Exemplary Customer ServiceKey Responsibilities and Accountabilities:Install appliances, including dishwashers, OTR microwaves, and hoods, to the manufacturer's specificationsAssist senior installers in the removal of existing appliances, installation, testing, and/or adjusting of appliances in the customer's homeAssist the customer in the proper operation of the new applianceAssist in maintaining company equipment and vehiclesResolve customer concerns - get assistance as neededCommunicate with customers and team membersPhysical Requirements:Frequently moves appliances weighing, floor to waist > 125 lbs.Frequently lifts objects waist to overhead > 50 lbs.Frequently push/pulls 50-200 lbs.Frequent gripping of up to 75 lbs.Frequent forward bending, deep-knee bending, kneeling, twistingOperate a company vehicleThe person in this position frequently communicates with customers and other employeesFrequently exposed to changing weather conditionsNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm, or until your route is completed, or an option of working four ten-hour days.
