We are growing rapidly and are seeking Plumbing Superintendents who want to be hands‑on—leading field operations, partnering with Project Managers, and helping shape the future of our plumbing teams.At K CORP, Plumbing Superintendents are more than supervisors, they are leaders, mentors, and problem solvers who set the standard for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism across every project.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive hourly rateComprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D, Critical Care and Disability401(k) retirement savings plan with Employer Match ContributionPaid Time Off & Paid HolidaysEmployee Discount Program(s)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)A supportive, collaborative, and fun work environmentOpportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding companyOUR CORE VALUESWe do what's right: Being ethical and transparent every step of the way.We show up: Fully for our customers, our business, and each other, every single time.We take pride: In bringing buildings to life.We own our actions: And deliver on our promises.We stay true: Embracing relentless growth and fostering unstoppable collaboration.We have fun: While being awesome.ESSENTIAL DUTIESLeadership & CommunicationReport directly to the Vice President of Construction with clear daily communicationLead and mentor Plumbing Foremen and field crewsConduct monthly Foremen Meetings covering safety, projects, and manpowerMaintain strong relationships with General Contractor SuperintendentsSafety LeadershipPromote and enforce a safety‑first culture on all plumbing jobsitesEnsure PPE use and compliance with all company and project safety requirementsIdentify and correct unsafe conditions immediatelyProject Planning & ExecutionSupport Plumbing Foremen with work planning, sequencing, and material take‑offsInterpret plumbing drawings, specifications, and scopes of workReview and approve plumbing material requisitionsCoordinate with Project Managers on submittals, RFIs, schedules, startups, punch lists, and warranty itemsJobsite Oversight & Quality ControlConduct regular job site visits to monitor safety, quality, productivity, and schedulePerform QA/QC inspections and track corrective action itemsReview progress drawings and plumbing as‑builtsIdentify constructability issues and drive solutions with the project teamLabor, Productivity & Cost ControlReview and approve timecards; ensure overtime is pre‑approvedReview job cost reports with ForemenUse labor trackers and Short Interval Plans (SIP) to manage manpower and efficiencyProvide labor forecasts to support project planning and financial performanceTraining, Prefabrication & AssetsIdentify training opportunities and mentor future plumbing leadersSupport standardized plumbing practices and documentationLead plumbing prefabrication efforts with shop and field teamsMaintain accountability for company tools, equipment, vehicles, and maintenanceSubmit accurate weekly expense reports by Monday with proper codingWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORRequirements7+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience, including leadership rolesStrong knowledge of plumbing systems, drawings, and jobsite operationsProven ability to lead Foremen, manage manpower, and track productivitySolid understanding of OSHA safety requirementsExcellent communication and coordination skillsPreferred CertificationsOSHA 30 (or ability to obtain)Journeyman or Master Plumber license (preferred)CPR/First Aid certificationSupervisor or Superintendent training certifications (preferred)Additional SkillsStrong leadership and mentoring mindsetExperience with prefabrication and labor planningOrganized, accountable, and solutions‑focusedMonday–Friday schedule, with availability for evenings and weekends as needed.
