Sales Strategy Analyst
Position OverviewThe Sales Strategy Analyst will be the analytical engine behind ArgomTech’s channel growth initiatives in the prepaid wireless ecosystem. This role is responsible for transforming sales, inventory, and performance data into actionable insights that drive measurable revenue growth, improved attach rates, and optimized inventory velocity across regions.Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain, this role will provide executive-level visibility into district and store-level performance and help build a scalable, data-driven growth infrastructure.Strategic ObjectiveThe primary objective of the Sales Strategy Analyst is to:Establish disciplined KPI governance across the channelImprove mid-tier store performance through segmentation analysisOptimize inventory rotation and SKU-level velocityQuantify ROI on incentive and activation programsEnable leadership to operate with forward-looking performance visibilityThis role shifts the organization from reactive reporting to proactive performance management.Key Responsibilities1. Performance Analytics & Dashboard ManagementOwn and maintain the ArgomTech performance dashboard (Excel and/or BI platform).Monitor district-level quota attainment and store-level productivity.Track month-over-month growth, attach rates, and SKU performance.Deliver structured weekly and monthly performance summaries to leadership.2. Store Segmentation & Growth AnalysisManage dynamic store classification models (Top Tier, Mid Tier, Underperforming).Identify promotion/demotion opportunities based on performance KPIs.Recommend targeted interventions to accelerate mid-tier growth.3. Inventory & Velocity OptimizationMonitor sell-through vs. purchasing patterns.Ensure compliance with 30–45 day inventory turn targets.Identify slow-moving SKUs and overstock risks.Coordinate insights with purchasing and operations to improve efficiency.4. Incentive & Program MeasurementAnalyze the performance impact of incentive programs and sales challenges.Measure revenue lift generated by activations and merchandising initiatives.Provide data-driven recommendations for program optimization.5. Executive Reporting & ForecastingTranslate complex data into concise executive-ready insights.Support revenue forecasting and risk identification.Develop scenario modeling for growth planning.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field.3–7 years of experience in sales analytics, retail analytics, or channel performance.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, modeling).Experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) preferred.Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.Ability to communicate insights clearly to senior leadership.Preferred QualificationsExperience in prepaid wireless, mobility distribution, or multi-location retail.Understanding of attach rate metrics, inventory rotation, and district-level retail dynamics.Core CompetenciesAnalytical rigor and attention to detailStrategic thinking with operational awarenessData storytelling and executive communicationAccountability and KPI disciplineProactive problem identificationPerformance MetricsDashboard accuracy and reporting timelinessForecast variance within acceptable range (+/- 5%)Inventory turn compliance (30–45 day rotation target)Identification of performance risks before a material revenue impactMeasurable lift resulting from data-driven interventions
