Packaging Operator

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented packaging operator to take temporary ownership of one of our packaging processes. This hands-on role is responsible for emptying frames, packaging the product, testing and refilling frames during each shift while maintaining product quality and traceability. This position is 8am to 1pm, Monday to Friday. This is a 3 week temporary project. Responsibilities Unload product from frames using a hand drill and use scissors for trimming product Measure the product to verify it meets product specifications and take samples for testing Apply packaging to product using a heat gun Weigh, label and box product Perform required product testing and document results on a computer Record material and product batch numbers for traceability Load empty frames onto machine to refill frames with product Sweep and organize the work area before you leave for the day Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions to produce a consistent result Comfortable using a computer Comfortable using hand tools safely Able to work independently and take ownership of a process Reliable attendance and commitment to producing consistent, high-quality work and documentation Physically able to lift 20 pounds of production materials and frames over your head Pay: From $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
