The Role We're looking for a motivated Packaging Technician to join our client's manufacturing team in Framingham, MA. Reporting to the Packaging Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in the quality control, packaging, and labeling of cannabis products. This is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates looking to break into cannabis manufacturing and build valuable, transferable skills in a growing industry. Duties may expand beyond what's listed below as business needs evolve. Responsibilities Handle packaging tasks as needed across all product lines Participate daily on the packaging assembly line alongside the team Quality-check cannabis goods to confirm they're ready for sale Verify label information prior to application Print product labels Update production logs Maintain a clean, organized packaging area Work independently when needed, with strong follow-through Pitch in on other areas of the operation as needed Qualifications 1+ years in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment preferred Hospitality, CPG preferred and or Kitchen Experience Must be 21 years of age or older Must reside in Massachusetts High school diploma or GED preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills with peers, supervisors, and managers Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management Self-motivated with a strong sense of brand integrity Must be able to obtain a state badge Physical Requirements Ability to lift light to moderate weight (25-75 lbs); heavier loads with assistance Ability to stand for extended periods Comfortable with repetitive motion and operating computers, printers, and labeling equipment Able to maintain a consistent, fast pace
