The selected candidate will oversee a team of 20+ production employees while driving efficiency, quality, scheduling, and workflow coordination across the facility.You will collaborate closely with customer service and sales teams to resolve production and quality concerns, improve operational performance, and ensure on-time delivery of custom textile products.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily embroidery, sewing, assembly, and finishing operationsManage and lead a production team of approximately 20 employeesMonitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiencyCoordinate production schedules and workflow planning to reduce material shortages and delaysPartner with customer service and sales teams to resolve product and quality issuesAct as the subject matter expert for banner and flag manufacturing processesMaintain a safe, organized, and deadline-driven production environmentSupport continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operationsRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in the embroidery or textile manufacturing industryPrevious experience supervising or managing production teams of 20+ employeesBilingual fluency in English and SpanishStrong understanding of sewing, assembly, and textile finishing operationsExperience with production planning, scheduling, and material flow coordinationStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred ExperienceBackground in flag, banner, signage, or custom textile manufacturingExperience improving production efficiency and reducing workflow bottlenecksHands-on management style with strong floor leadership presenceLocationDover, New JerseyIdeal Candidate
