This nearshore role is ideal for professionals based in Latin America who can collaborate seamlessly with our global teams during overlapping business hours. You'll own day-to-day platform administration, configuration, and optimization to ensure our ServiceNow instance remains stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and troubleshoot the ServiceNow platform (users, roles, ACLs, UI policies, client scripts, etc.)Manage ITSM workflows: Incident, Problem, Change, and Service RequestBuild and maintain Service Catalogs, catalog items, and workflow automationsExecute platform upgrades, patching, instance cloning, and health checksResolve platform tickets, provide end-user support, and document solutionsPartner with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancementsSupport integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import setsFollow ServiceNow best practices for performance, security, and upgrade readinessRequired Qualifications3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration experienceStrong working knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 and ServiceNow ITSM modulesProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow server/client scriptingExperience with platform upgrades, environment management, and release cyclesExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Reliable high-speed internet and the ability to work independently in a remote settingBased in a LATAM country with availability to align with CST business hoursPreferred QualificationsServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higherExposure to additional modules (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, etc.)Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow ITBM, etc.)Prior contract or consulting experience in enterprise environmentsContract DetailsDuration: 6 monthsWork Arrangement: Fully remote (LATAM-based)Compensation: Competitive hourly/daily rate (based on experience and location)#ServiceNow #ServiceNowAdministrator #RemoteJobs #LATAMTech #Nearshore #ITSM #ContractHiring #ServiceNowCommunity #TechCareers #RemoteContract
