Job DetailsHatchet Hall is looking for a qualified Lead Line Cook/ Tourmant to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with the Junior Sous Chef & Chef de Cuisine to manage the daily operations of service. Train and learn each station for service with proper opening/closing protocols and quality checks. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff members, providing guidance and support to helpThem Develop Their Skills And Abilities.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring compliance with health and safetyregulations.Manage prep list for the following day taking proper inventory of items needed to prep or items that need attention. Monitor kitchen equipment and supplies, ensuring that all necessary items are in stockand in good working condition.Help to create a positive and supportive work environment, fostering a culture ofteamwork and collaboration.Requirements:Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team of culinaryprofessionals.Must be able to lift up to 50lbsMust be able to stand for long periods of timeServsafe certificationExcellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
