We are looking for an experienced cook who can work a real line, read tickets accurately, move quickly, and help execute larger lunch productions as part of a team.This is not an entry-level position.Immediate start required.What You ll Do Work a fast-paced line preparing sandwiches, salads, and lunch plates Read tickets accurately on the KDS and execute multiple orders at once Maintain speed, accuracy, and organization during service Support large lunch order production as part of the team Prep from scratch including dressings, sauces, and kitchen staples Work across cold station, sandwich line, and hot line when needed Keep your station stocked, organized, and ready for service Maintain clean-as-you-go standards and strong food safety habitsThis is a small professional kitchen where everyone contributes to prep, cooking, cleaning, and keeping service moving.What We re Looking For 4+ years professional kitchen experience required Strong experience working a busy service line Ability to prepare multiple sandwiches and salads quickly and accurately Comfortable reading tickets and keeping up with service volume Experience with scratch prep (dressings, sauces, production prep) Quick learner with good memory and ability to retain systems Working English required for kitchen communication Kitchen Spanish helpful bilingual preferred Reliable, calm under pressure, and able to work as part of a teamNo egos.
