Executive Assistant

POSITION SUMMARYBeacon is seeking a Executive Assistant to join our team! We are seeking someone who has experience in supporting a CEO and CFO, takes pride in their work, is accountable, completes work with accuracy, has a sense of urgency, and can hit performance metrics. This person must have experience in managing executives along with maintaining schedules, working with external and internal teams/vendors, communicating on behalf of the CEO and CFO with other leaders, and a high standard of communicating, reading, and writing. LOCATION: Remote COMPENSATION: Annual salary in-line with experience plus benefits PackageRESPONSIBILITIES:Ability to quickly develop a thorough understanding of the business and be able to create first pass correspondence, weekly reports and power point presentations from information received from direct reports. Anticipate needs and provide high-level administrative support taking ownership of planning, executing, and delegating activities.Ensure executive’s time is aligned with their weekly, quarterly and annual priorities.Advance preparation for all meetings and engagements, including comprehensive briefing materials and pre-reads, meeting agendas, presentations, itineraries etc. Review all materials for accuracy and completeness.Manage a complex calendar and schedule; play the role of gatekeeper ensuring the team is on time and taskCoordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including reconciliation of all monthly expenses.Maintain various records and document(s)Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasksIndependently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information and peopleConducts research and information gathering on behalf of executives and prepares summaries and reports.Uses discretion, judgment, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities and maintain confidentialityCORE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum 5+ years’ experience providing executive support to C-Suite or equivalentMinimum 5+ years of managing multiple leaders simultaneouslyBachelor's degree requiredAbility to pay attention to detailExtremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with high aptitude for learning new software and systemsThe ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision.Ability to identify a problems root cause and drive to resolution.Gifted Multi-Tasker-You are able to take on many projects at once, understanding how to strategically accomplish what is put in front of you on time.Strong time managementAbility to interact in build relationships at all levels of the organizationProblem-solving and critical thinking skills as required to overcome obstaclesExcellent written & oral communication skillsAbout Beacon Healthcare Systems, Inc.Beacon is your trusted partner for health plan appeals, grievances, compliance, and analytics.In today’s healthcare environment, you need a partner you can trust to help manage your compliance and risk ensuring your business is always audit-ready.
