Project Manager - WTP/WWTPLocation: Austin, TX or Dallas, TX (client is hiring in both locations)Salary: $100K-$150K (salary depends on experience)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesLead planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout of WTP and WWTP construction projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and progress reporting; proactively manage cost control and schedule recovery when needed.Manage contracts and commercial relationships with owners, engineers, and subcontractors, including negotiation and administration of change orders, claims, and subcontract agreements.Coordinate and oversee construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design documents, technical specifications, and industry standards.Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; prepare and present executive-level project updates and reports.Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, and project presentations.Qualifications3+ years of ground up WTP's or WWTPs as Project ManagerHeavy Civil experience preferred for highway. roadway, concrete, or mechanical backgrounds are good to have as well!Proven track record managing construction projects from the ground up or design-build delivery methods; experience with new construction and plant expansions.Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment processes, pump stations, and lift stationsCandidates who fill out skills and questions move to the front of the application process!Benefits
