Full-Charge Bookkeeper ($65K-$70K)Position SummaryThe full-charge bookkeeper will be expected to maintain and improve existing processes. Working knowledge of accounting department functions, financial statement preparation and reporting required. The successful candidate will be comfortable handling the day-to-day, hands-on tasks in a multi-entity environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform financial functions of General Ledger including but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Accounts PayableTimely and accurate processing of vendor payablesProcessing of customer payments across several platforms into financial system (customer check, credit card, and ACH payments)Accurate recording of revenue in accordance with company policiesMaintain the General Ledger and ensure proper posting of all transactionsManage cash application and remote deposit of checksPrepare journal entries, supporting reconciliationsReconcile balance sheet accountsReconciliation of monthly bank statementsEstablish cross-functional relationships with other departmentsMaintain fixed asset schedulesPrepare 1099 reportingReconcile Inter-Company AccountsSupport month-end and year-end reporting processesStrong interest in continuously improving the accounting and reporting process to improve efficiency and reduce wasteRequirementsMinimum 4-6 years recent work experience in an Accounting or Finance functionFamiliarity working in a multi-entity environmentHighly detail oriented and organizedStrong interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience with QuickBooks Desktop preferredExperience with QuickBooks Online a plus, but not required#INMAY2026
