Our warehouse and supply chain teams play a critical role in ensuring the right equipment and materials are in place to keep our customers’ businesses running efficiently and without interruption.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Inventory Planner to drive inventory accuracy, optimize material flow, and support operational efficiency within our warehouse environment. This role is critical to maintaining data integrity, managing inventory lifecycle processes, and partnering cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support demand planning.This individual will combine hands-on inventory execution with data-driven decision-making to ensure the right materials are available at the right time—minimizing risk and maximizing operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Operations & ControlReceive, verify, and track inbound inventory, including 200–400 routers monthlyManage small parts organization and maintain structured staging areasProcess small parts returns, RMA inventory, and defective materialsPerform routine cycle counts and execute inventory adjustmentsMaintain high standards of inventory accuracy and system integrityOrder & Material ManagementAllocate inventory to support order fulfillment and operational demandMonitor inventory levels and proactively identify shortages or excessPartner with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely movement of materialsData Analysis & ReportingAnalyze inventory data using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), Oracle/WMS, and reporting toolsIdentify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies or system errorsMaintain accurate inventory records and generate reports to support business decisionsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with the Demand Planning team to align inventory with forecastsCommunicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve issuesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within inventory and supply chain processesQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or supply chain operationsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis and reporting)Demonstrated ability to analyze inventory and resolve discrepanciesStrong attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsEffective communication skills across teams and stakeholdersOffers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job.Full Time Employee Benefits Include:Medical InsuranceDental InsuranceLife InsuranceVision InsuranceShort/Long Term DisabilityPaid Vacation401kEEO StatementNCR Atleos is an equal-opportunity employer.
