Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Finance and Contracts Manager to join our team on-site in Tyler, Texas. The Finance Manager will oversee the customer contract process, working with third-party banks when needed, and the funding process during home construction. Duties include sales pipeline forecasting, preparing contracts, conducting closings, working with lenders and title companies, and managing construction draw requests and fundings. This role will require collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer outcomes and optimize internal business processes. The Finance Manager will also manage relationships with external stakeholders such as lending banks, title companies, and state sales tax offices.QualificationsProven expertise in sales and operations managementExperience in contract management, negotiation, and complianceDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skillsProficiency in Excel, CRM programs, and DocuSign; experience in PowerBI is a plusKnowledge of Financial Compliance, Auditing, and regulatory guidelinesAdvanced skills in Excel and financial management softwareStrong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent analytical and critical-thinking skillsBachelor’s degree; military experience is a plusExperience in sales, construction, or modular home industry is an advantageAbility to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
