This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced HVAC environment, has strong leadership skills, and can keep technicians, schedules, and customers running efficiently.If you have dispatch management experience and strong knowledge of ServiceTitan, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do: Manage Daily Dispatch Operations Coordinate technician schedules, optimize routes, and ensure efficient dispatching for service calls and installations.Lead the Customer Service Team Supervise and support CSRs and dispatch staff while building a positive, accountable, and high-performing office culture.Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience Ensure every customer interaction is professional, responsive, and aligned with the AD Air Conditioning standard.Utilize ServiceTitan Efficiently Manage scheduling, memberships, call booking, technician tracking, reporting, and workflow optimization within ServiceTitan.Improve Efficiency & Performance Track KPIs, technician utilization, call conversion rates, and response times to improve operational performance and profitability.Support Company Growth Help develop systems, processes, and communication strategies to support the company's continued growth.Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of dispatch and customer service management experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or home service industryREQUIRED: Strong hands-on experience with ServiceTitanExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to lead and motivate office staff in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to professionally handle customer concernsExperience managing technician scheduling and operational workflowsPositive attitude, leadership mindset, and team-oriented approachWhy Join AD Air Conditioning?
