In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities Perform intake assessmentsProvide face to face and virtual psychotherapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and childrenCreate individualized treatment plans for each clientUse evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatmentsMaintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment planPerform regular wellness checksAdhere to all facility and licensing standardsEducational & Licensure RequirementsApplicants need to meet either of the following educational & licensure requirements to qualify:Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field w/ VA State issued Counseling License Master's degree in counseling, social work or related field w/ VA State approved Residency statusQualificationsLicense must be current and unrestrictedPrevious experience as a mental health therapist preferredExcellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsPositive, compassionate attitude, and helpfulHighly organized w/ exceptional writing skillsAdditional Note Regarding Compensation/FlexibilityPre-licensed- $30 - $35 per hour TBD based on experience. Licensed- Salary is based on a therapist/agency percentage split TBD based on experience. This position is a hybrid position; Applicant is expected to offer both Telehealth and Face to Face to Face Therapy
