Ranked among CalCPA's Top 150 and a 100% Firm Member, it's quietly built a reputation for helping clients move forward-without the friction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage audit engagements - including EBP, ERISA and Single AuditsMentor and supervise junior audit staffCommunicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and assist in implementing improvements to their financial processes.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for audit-related inquiries.Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and risk management for clients.QualificationsBS Accounting or Finance.CPA certification or progression toward the CPA is required.Minimum of 3+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on auditing.Strong knowledge of GAAP, auditing standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience working with a variety of client sectors is preferred.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedical, Dental, Vision - 100% paid for by company for the employee!401kBonus - Annual and Performance Bonus Structures
