In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, performing complex reconciliations, supporting audits, and analyzing key financial data to help drive business decisions./ppThis is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and is eager to take on a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and insight for a growing business unit./ppTo be considered for this role, you must complete a full application on our company careers page, including all screening questions and a brief pre-employment test./ppstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/pulliPrepare, review, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards./liliPerform complex account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and variance analyses./liliSupport the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring deadlines are met./liliAssist with internal and external audits by providing detailed schedules, documentation, and responses to inquiries./liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, FPA, and payroll, to ensure accurate cost tracking and reporting./liliHelp maintain and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and financial systems./liliProvide insightful analysis on key financial metrics, trends, and business drivers to support management decision-making./liliSupport system upgrades or transitions, including data validation and testing./liliIdentify opportunities for automation or process enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy./liliAssist with special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as required./li/ulpstrongCandidate Qualifications/strong/ppAll positive, and driven applicants are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidates for this position are highly motivated and dedicated and should possess the below qualities:/pulliBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward certification preferred./lili35 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience, preferably in a BPO, shared services, or fast-paced corporate environment./liliStrong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting standards./liliProficient in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)./liliExcellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities./liliStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills./liliEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders./liliSelf-motivated, with a collaborative mindset and desire to contribute to team success./li/ulpstrongConditions of Employment/strong/pulliMust be authorized to work in the country where the job is based./liliSubject to the program and location of the position/liliMust be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint.
