Position Details Patient Load: 15 20 patients/day Schedule: 7-on / 7-off rotation Call: Daytime call during coverage days Setting: Inpatient Rehabilitation Responsibilities Deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient post-acute care Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and follow CMS guidelines Coordinate smooth patient transitions with hospice, palliative care, and home care services Document and bill accurately using Ingenious Med in compliance with Medicare standards Create and manage individualized care plans Oversee comprehensive medical care for residents Qualifications Board Certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM) 1 2 years of relevant experience preferred Active Tennessee medical license Current DEA certification To apply, please call us at or email us at and reference job j-294004.
