This is a high-responsibility role requiring quick decision-making, accountability, and leadership skills. Must be trainable with a growth mindset. The right fit will have career advancement opportunities.Key Responsibilities Scheduling Care Team Fill all open shifts and eliminate coverage gaps Enforce scheduling and attendance policies Respond to urgent scheduling needs immediately Cover shifts personally when needed Conduct field visits and monitor caregiver performance Support client relationships and address concernsRequirements Must have Current CNA Certification in the State of Georgia Must have 2 years Caregiving Experience in Private Duty Home Care Must have demonstrated leadership experience Must have strong communication skills Must have proven reliability and attendance. Must have current driver’s license and good driving record.
