Located in the heart of Savannah, GA, our dedicated team has been helping families build brighter futures since our founding, using proven techniques to foster skill development, communication, and independence.Position SummaryValcor ABA is seeking a highly organized and motivated Clinic Scheduler to become an essential part of our operations team. You will be responsible for keeping our therapy schedules running efficiently — coordinating sessions between clients, RBTs, and BCBAs while serving as a warm and reliable point of contact for the families we serve. Candidates who hold an active RBT certification are strongly encouraged to apply, as there will be opportunities to step in and provide direct therapy coverage when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, manage, and maintain daily and weekly therapy schedules for all clients and clinical staffCommunicate with families to confirm, adjust, or reschedule sessions with professionalism and careCoordinate with BCBAs and RBTs to match clinician availability and expertise with client treatment needsProactively identify and resolve scheduling gaps or conflicts before they impact client careTrack client authorized therapy hours and ensure prescribed treatment hours are being fulfilled each weekMaintain accurate records within our scheduling/EMR softwareAssist with new client intake coordination and onboarding schedulingServe as a go-to resource for families with scheduling questions or concerns(If RBT certified) Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy coverage when staffing needs ariseQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)1+ year of scheduling, administrative, or coordination experience — healthcare or behavioral health setting preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platformsFamiliarity with HIPAA regulations and client confidentialityPreferred / Strong Plus:Active RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certificationPrior experience in an ABA clinic or behavioral health settingExperience with ABA scheduling/EMR platformsKnowledge of insurance authorizations and therapy hour trackingWhat We OfferSalary commensurate with experienceA supportive, team-oriented work environment where your role truly mattersOpportunities for growth and advancement within Valcor ABAThe chance to make a daily difference in the lives of children and families in the Savannah communitySchedule: Monday–Friday | Daytime Hours | Full-Time Pay: Commensurate with experienceIf you are a detail-oriented and compassionate individual with a passion for supporting children and families, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
