Information Systems Manager
General Position Summary:
Toyo Tanso USA has a small IT team that works closely together. Due to being a small team there is plenty of cross training to maintain efficiency within the department. The manager needs to manage capacities of staff and prioritize tasks for the team.
Key to this role is both leading the existing team and bringing about effective change to the organizations IT landscape.
Qualifications/Education/Experience
Familiar with Enterprise IT in a commercial setting
Prior experience in an IT supervisor level or above
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project delivery
Roll out of Fraxion system
Lead team in providing updated reporting in ERP environment
Team leadership
Take responsibility for leading & mentoring team. Review approaches to work for increases in efficiency and transparency
Establish measureable ticketing system
Maintain of network environment
Ensure technological standards and methods of working stay current with industry
Maintaining printers, phones, and all office electronic devices
Occupational Knowledge/Technology Orientation: demonstrates the appropriate level of proficiency in the principles and practices of one's field or profession.
Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, to include understanding and application of technology (hardware, software, equipment and processes).
Negotiating and maintaining proper use software licenses
Managing employee security access
Continue system architecture documentation
Understanding security risks and having in place reasonable protections to thwart any threat (malware/cyber security software
Maintain ISO & J-Sox level documentation
Communication: effectively conveys information and expresses thoughts and facts. Demonstrates effective use of listening skills and displays openness to other people's ideas and thoughts.
