Fulltime Endocrinologist Position With Nationally Recognized, Non-for-profit Healthcare System in Ohio. Academically Affiliated Position. Position: Join reputable and well-established endocrinology group for full spectrum care Academic affiliation including teaching and research is available if desired Rare inpatient work, Outpatient clinic is in MOB attached to hospital, 9 exam rooms and support team to assist Will be joining three other Endocrinologist, one Nurse Pracitioner , a LD, a Diabetes Educator, a MA, and LPN Four- or Five-day work week position, with shared 1:3 phone call, rarely ever an inpatient consultation Providers average around 20 patients a day, clinic averages 40 new patients a month, and 8 procedures a monthFinancial: Base salary of $260,000 $290,000 a year and ability to earn more with wRVUs bonus model Balance Scorecard Bonus of $20,000 annually Sing on bonus, relocation, $5k CME per year, and $80,000 5-year retention bonus paid out at $16k per year Student Loan Reimbursement, Fellowship Stipend, and Ohio Fellowship Loan repayments available Benefits, Retirement with match, medical malpractice and more covered 7 weeks of PTO annuallyLocation:Community is a vibrant college town in the scenic Hocking Hills region, home to Ohio University, attracting diverse and educated residents.
