Maintenance Director

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team at Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center in North Easton. Southeast is a 171-bed skilled nursing facility. As a department head, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of our maintenance department to ensure the facility is well-maintained and safe for our residents and staff.Salaried role ranging from $35 to $40 an hour with weekly pay.Key Responsibilities:Meet the maintenance needs of the facilityRecognize hazards to residents' or staff safety and take appropriate action to maintain a safe environmentReplace, repair, and purchase items according to facility policy and procedurePlan and implement preventive maintenance programs and document accuratelySupervise outside contractors and serve on-call for emergency and off-duty hoursPerform errands and tasks as requiredMaintain upkeep of exterior building and grounds in all weather conditionsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience as a maintenance director preferred (nursing home, assisted living, etc.)Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and knowledge of building codes and safety regulationsLeadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnelBenefits:Competitive and weekly payHoliday pay for hourly and salaried employeesOvertime pay for hourly employeesCareer advancement opportunitiesExclusive employer discount programAvailable for Eligible Team Members:Employer-paid life insurance401(k) with employer matchVacation and personal timeHealth, dental, and vision insuranceWe are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity at all levels.
