Join us in shaping the future of real estate—where your work builds more than properties; it builds community.We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee the physical condition of the community and ensure resident maintenance requests are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. In this role, you’ll lead the maintenance team, coordinate preventive maintenance, and help ensure the property remains well-maintained and compliant with budget and safety expectations.What You’ll DoOversee daily maintenance operations including work orders, inspections, preventive maintenance, and unit turnoversSupervise maintenance, janitorial, and grounds staff to ensure efficient, high-quality workManage maintenance supplies, vendors, and equipment while adhering to budget guidelinesCoordinate with the management team to ensure units are accurately tracked and move-in readyParticipate in the on-call rotation and address after-hours emergencies as neededMaintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and purchase ordersWhat We’re Looking ForHigh School Diploma or equivalent education/experience3+ years of trade or general building maintenance experienceWorking knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building systemsStrong organization, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to follow safety procedures and company policiesWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation and a $2,500 sign-on bonusHealth & Wellness: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid Leave: We provide paid time off plus holidaysRetirement: We offer a 401k program with a company matchFrom collaborative team building offsites to spontaneous office fun, we’ve created an environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and excited to come to work.Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
