Process Engineering Manager

Overview In this role you drive process engineering across Lyndhurst Operations to enable efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable manufacturing. You lead a hands-on team focused on process design, improvement, and operation to deliver high-quality products. You will tackle root-cause issues, pursue lean improvements, and guide capital projects to enhance capability and profitability. This position sits at the heart of operational excellence, collaborating with cross-functional teams to advance Sika’s manufacturing agenda. You will influence safety, quality, and efficiency at scale, shaping state-of-the-art processes.
