Maintain accurate and confidential employee files and HR documentation. Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to payroll and onboarding.Review of time weekly employee time sheets for accuracy and adherence to union agreement.Other responsibilities and project work as assigned.What You’ll Need1+ years of prior experience in a dedicated Payroll and/or Human Resources role. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and/or Google Suite.Preferred QualificationsExperience with a major Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and payroll platform (e.g., Vista, SAP, ADP, Paychex, Workday). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
