Job ResponsibilitiesAccurately process patient room-service meal orders and keep call queues running smoothly. Verify diet orders in the CBORD system and communicate any questions with patients, nursing staff, or dietitians. Coordinate meal-related concerns with kitchen staff and ensure reportssuch as enteral feeding lists and floor censusare completed and delivered on time. Provide friendly, compassionate service to patients and families over the phone and in person. Maintain clear, professional communication with supervisors, management, and other departments. Proactively address concerns and assist in creating a positive meal-service experience.
