The provider will be responsible for full scope of patient care including; ordering diagnosis testing, therapeutic modalities,discharge summaries prescribe and dispense orthosis, orthotics, braces and other devices, and etc. Requirements: Master of Science degree or equivalent as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Obtain Wisconsin License.
