Join this hospital employed practice in the beautiful, western mountain foothills of Maine. Hospital is currently developing a new model of physicians being paired with an advanced practice provider. Services include physical exams, womens health exams, sick visits, well-child visits, school and sports physicals and management of chronic health conditions. Blood work and lab services are on site, and inpatient care is at the medical center. The practice includes a skilled licensed clinical social works to help facilitate behavioral health needs for their patients, allowing the entire health care team to work collaboratively to meet the needs of patients in the community. Flexible hours, typically 4 day work week. The position offers teaching opportunities of medical students. Physicians just out of residency are encouraged to apply. In addition to an annual base salary, the compensation model for physicians at Franklin offers significant additional income potential, as well as student loan repayment and relocation assistance.
