About Us LiveWell Community Homes is a shared housing provider based in Metro Atlanta, dedicated to offering safe, structured, and furnished living environments for working adults. With a focus on promoting independence, we prioritize stability, safety, and consistency across multiple housing locations. LiveWell Community Homes supports residents by maintaining clear standards and fostering strong community management.Role Description This is a hybrid position — part field, part digital. You’ll help prepare rooms, post listings, respond to leads, coordinate outreach, and keep operations on track. This is not a desk-only role. We need someone who shows up, follows through, and takes initiative without being micromanaged.What You’ll DoProperty & Operations→ Prepare rooms for incoming residents→ Conduct property visits and document conditions→ Coordinate cleaners and vendor schedulingMarketing & Leasing→ Post listings on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, and housing platforms→ Respond to inquiries and pre-screen prospects→ Schedule and assist with showingsCommunity Outreach→ Build relationships with churches, orgs, and community groups→ Develop referral pipelines for consistent lead flow→ Represent LiveWell professionally in the fieldWhat We’re Looking For→ Reliable and responsive — #1 requirement→ Strong communicator (written and verbal)→ Comfortable with social media and basic digital tools→ Self-directed and able to work independently in the field→ Leasing, property management, or housing background→ Outreach, social services, or community organizing experience→ Social media marketing experienceCompensation→ $250/week→ Performance bonuses for every room filled→ Earning potential grows with your resultsTo ApplyEmail admin@livewellch.com with your resume, availability, and why you’re a good fit.
