The platform is growing, the client base is growing, and the technical direction needs someone to own it properly.You lead the full stack development of a product that sits at the intersection of finance and engineering complexity. You work across C#/.NET backends, cloud infrastructure, and data-heavy analytics features that investment clients depend on for real decisions. You design the architecture, you set the standards, and you make the calls that determine how this platform scales.Because it is early stage, your fingerprints end up on everything. You are not inheriting a rigid system built by a committee. You are building something that matters, with the autonomy to do it the right way.You work closely with the business side too. This is not a heads-down engineering role where someone else translates requirements for you. You are part of the conversation about where the product goes next, and your input carries weight.The setup is hybrid, so you get the collaboration without losing flexibility. On top of the base salary, there is a performance bonus that reflects the impact you have.You bring experience in fintech, ideally with exposure to structured credit. You are comfortable with C#/.NET, cloud architectures, Entity Framework, and SQL.
