Trillium Professional is now seeking a CNC Machinist in New Bedford, MA!Responsibilities-Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances.-Operate CNC milling machines ensuring precision in machined parts.-Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions.-Program CNC machines using GD&T and CAM software, ensuring adherence to quality standards.-Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise.-Collaborate with team members to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.Machine Specifications-SHIBAURA BTH-110.R18-X 100" Y 80" Z 60"-Live Table: Weight Capacity 22,000 lbs. with 24" Rotary Table & TailstockPay rate is $52.40/hour.
