Location: Engineering & Technology Center (Acushnet | Titleist) in New Bedford Pay and Shift: $32 – $40/hour, 1st shift Monday - Friday Build the tools behind the game. We're looking for skilled Machinists who take pride in precision work and are committed to supporting the equipment that drives world-class golf ball manufacturing at Acushnet | Titleist. What You'll Do Set up and operate a variety of machine tools, including lathes, mills, bridgeports, grinders, saws, and drills Fabricate precision parts and tooling used in golf ball manufacturing equipment and mold cups Perform machining operations to tight tolerances based on specifications Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials for production Monitor machine performance and adjust speeds and feeds as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to ensure quality Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance on equipment What You Bring Minimum 3 years of machinist experience Vocational training in Machine Shop or Machine Tool Technology (or equivalent) Strong blueprint reading skills Solid understanding of machining math, measurements, and tolerances Experience selecting proper tools and equipment for each job Comfortable working with both hand tools and advanced machining equipment What Sets You Apart Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to visualize parts before machining (3D thinking) High attention to detail and commitment to quality Team-oriented with strong communication skills Apply today!!
