Requirements:Education: Bachelor's or Master's in business, engineering, economics, or a related field from a top university.Experience: 5+ years in management consulting or business analysis (preferably from a top-tier consulting firm).Skills:Strong analytical and strategic thinking.Excellent communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency).Experience in Agile and organizational change management.Comfortable with travel (up to 80%) and client-facing environments.
