Job TitleWorkday ConsultantLocation:United StatesJob TypeContractExpected Hours Per Week40 hours per weekSchedule9 AM 5 PM, MondayFriday, Remote.Pay Range$73-76 per hourRole OverviewWere looking for a Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation expert to lead consulting engagements, configure solutions, and support enterprise HR systems in a cloud-based environment.This role is consulting?heavy (70%) with hands?on system configuration (30%) and strong ownership over vendor and stakeholder relationships.What Youll DoProvide independent customer consulting and best?practice guidance (~70%)
Configure and administer Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
Act as primary vendor contact / DSC, managing relationships end?to?end
Lead moderate to complex projects and smaller initiatives independently
Perform root cause analysis, data analysis, and solution design with effort estimates
Gather business requirements and translate them into technical designs
Support HR applications, including help desk scripts and self?service knowledge articles
Ensure data integrity, system stability, and compliance with regulations
Contribute to product feature prioritization and technology roadmaps
Partner on system architecture and process designWhat Were Looking ForExtensive hands?on experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation
Experience consulting with business stakeholders and managing expectations
Strong background in SaaS and cloud?based HR systems
Experience with:
Application configuration and feature design
Managing system changes and prioritization
Business requirements and technical documentation
Vendor management and cross?functional collaboration
Proven problem?solving, analytical, and execution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and moderate?complexity projectsExperience RequirementsBachelors degree plus 4 years of experience in HR, IT, or cloud solutions OR
Technical certification / college coursework plus 6 years of experience OR
