Overnight Cleaner

Porters for PME are responsible for the upkeep of grounds and parking lots of commercial shopping centers. The hours are flexible between midnight and 10 am. Weekend availability is preferred. A valid license and your own transportation are required. A cell phone is also required to communicate with a supervisor. We are a drug free workplace. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness of shopping center parking lots, dumpster enclosures, flower beds, sidewalks and trash cans throughout the property Operate a backpack blower Notify supervisor of any deficiencies or repairs needed Use equipment provided to ensure the property is kept to our company standard Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to lift up to 25lbs Positive attitude Integrity Dependable Reliable This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Physical Setting: Outdoor work Schedule: Monday to Friday Night shift Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Application Question(s): Do you have your own cellphone to contact your supervisor?
