PositionJob PurposeThe Assistant, Grand Vendeur is responsible for assisting the Grand Vendeur with the day-to-day job functions to successfully support his/her clients and sales. The Assistant must maintain the highest level of customer service in all communications in line with Christian Dior expectations.Job responsibilitiesTasks and ResponsibilitiesAssist Grand Vendeur with all appointments and client communicationsProcess transactions on behalf of the Grand VendeurProvide aftersales service to Grand Vendeur clientsAssist Grand Vendeur by facilitating communication with clients, management, and boutique networkManage all incoming requests to the Grand VendeurExecute miscellaneous housekeeping & administration tasks when neededPrioritize / project manage deliveries and shipments for Grand Vendeur clientsAssist with gifts and letters for clients-birthdays, anniversaries, etcRecord client details and maintain client profiles within Dior Star CRM platformManage sales through platform on behalf of Grand VendeurStrong client knowledge with a sense of urgency on client service and problem solvingProfileSkills and CompetenciesSense of urgency and strong communication skillsExcellent attention to detail and ownership of client informationStrong follow up and follow through skillsAgile and adaptableExcellent Organizational SkillsAbility to learn quickly when facing new problemsAbility to think outside the box when solving client problemsAbility to multitask and work efficientlyRequirements1-2 years of retail experience preferably in a luxury marketStrong brand and product knowledgeStrong interpersonal and relationship buildingStrong communication skillsRemain calm and organized while operating at a fast paceAdditional information for internal candidateChristian Dior was the designer of dreams.
