NURSING STUDENTS- All shifts- HOME HEALTH RNS Private Care Part-time $18/hour RNS Private Duty Care is a locally owned and operated home health company. We service high-end clients in the Kansas City/St Louis areas. We are seeking caring, dependable and team-oriented caregivers. Currently staffing nursing students for part time hours. If you are living in the Kansas City area and enrolled in class on campus/virtually, we are able to coordinate your class and work schedules. You will gain hands on experience working one-on-one with our clients, developing practical skillsets in real life environments. Qualifications: High School Diploma Licensed driver with clean driving record and adhere to RNS vehicle safety standards Vehicle that is currently insured in accordance with state and/or RNS' policies Cellphone with Internet and texting capabilities Daily access to RNS email Knowledge of the English language Must complete all physical and mental demands for described position. Covid vaccination preferred Responsibilities: Provides care agreed upon by client or client’s family and RNS case manager Assistance with activities of daily living - monitoring Alzheimer’s & dementia clients; vital signs; patient transfers, fall risks, bathing, home tasks, documentation, med management, pain management. Transportation and errands as needed for client. Complies with RNS policies and procedures including standards of conduct and work ethics, HIPAA policy, dress code and weekend and holiday availability policies TB (within 90 days of hire) CPR (within 90 days of hire) Is responsible for working all assigned shifts and for finding replacement for shift when needed Caregiver of the month awards; Holiday pay; Continuity of care with our clients.
