Every client and home is personally vetted for safety and compatibility, and you'll always have the support of our case managers.If you're compassionate, reliable, and want consistent weekend hours with a team that actually has your back, we'd love to meet you.Why RNS?Competitive weekend wages ($19–$22/hr based on experience)$23/hr for caregivers available both Saturday & Sunday or Friday–SundaySupportive, locally owned team that truly knows its caregiversEvery client and home is approved for safety and fit before assignmentDirect support from a nurse case manager for all clientsOpportunities for professional growth and recognitionQualifications:High School DiplomaLicensed driver with a clean driving record and compliance with RNS safety policyReliable, insured vehicleCell phone with internet and texting capabilitiesDaily access to RNS emailFluent in EnglishAble to perform all physical and mental requirements of the roleResponsibilities:Provide care as agreed upon by the client, client's family, and RNS case managerAssist with activities of daily living, including monitoring Alzheimer's & dementia clients, taking vitals, patient transfers, fall prevention, bathing, home tasks, documentation, medication reminders, and pain managementProvide safe transportation and run errands as neededWork comfortably in homes with pets when applicableFollow all RNS policies, including HIPAA, standards of conduct, and dress codeMaintain current CPR certification (or complete within 90 days of hire)Maintain current TB test (or complete within 90 days of hire)Responsible for working all assigned shifts and ensuring coverage if unavailableWork Authorization:United States (Required)
