Join a crew that values skill, safety, and showing up ready every shift.What Gets You HiredHigh school diploma or GEDExperience preferred, but willing to trainPrevious print industry experienceStrong mechanical skillsBasic computer skillsDemonstrate strong attention to detail and possess excellent organization skillsBe able to work extended hours and weekends based on the production scheduleAbility to lift 50 lbs. or more unassistedFrequent standing and walking, as well as occasionally stooping, kneeling, reaching, and crouchingWhat a Typical Shift Looks LikeOperate the offset press efficiently and effectively.Work on offline machines to assist in various printing tasks.Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.Maintain quality control by checking colors, alignment, and print quality.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production processes.Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of printing equipment.Assist in training new team members on press operations.Web press experience preferred, including a combination folder.Ability to manage a crew of up to three employees with a competitive schedule.Ability to troubleshoot press and quality-related problems and take the appropriate steps to remedy the problem.Assist the Press Room Manager in all duties.What's in It For YouSolid Pay.
