Construction Contract Administrator
Carolina PRG is excited to partner with a growing construction and maintenance organization seeking a Construction Contract Administrator to support high-volume contract activity across a dynamic project portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of operations, legal coordination, and risk management, working closely with internal teams and external general contractors to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and properly executed.ResponsibilitiesManage a high volume of construction-related contracts from initiation through executionReview, organize, and track contract documentation to ensure accuracy and completenessSupport risk management efforts by identifying potential issues and ensuring proper contract language and documentationCoordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate timely contract processingMaintain contract records, amendments, and renewals in an organized and accessible mannerAssist in resolving contract discrepancies and ensuring alignment across all partiesMonitor deadlines, deliverables, and compliance requirements tied to contractual agreementsQualificationsExperience handling contracts, preferably in construction, real estate, or related industriesStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of contract terms, risk considerations, and documentation processesAbility to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partnersHighly organized with strong follow-through and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management systems is a plus
