The role involves close collaboration with security, risk, compliance, and IT teams to deliver scalable and compliant Archer implementations.Must Have:RSA Archer Certification (Mandatory): ACP OR Level 3 Archer Certified AdministratorStrong experience with RSA Archer platform (architecture, data model, workflows)Hands-on with GRC modules: Assessment & Authorization, Issues Management, Controls AssuranceExperience in application configuration: forms, questionnaires, workflows, calculations, access controlsREST API / web services integration (ServiceNow or similar systems preferred)JavaScript / jQuery for client-side customization Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and maintain RSA Archer applicationsBuild and configure custom modules, workflows, and data structuresGather and translate business requirements into technical solutionsDevelop integrations with enterprise systems using APIsConfigure role-based access, data feeds, and automation processesTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stabilityCreate and maintain technical documentation (design, testing, change management)Support end users with training and knowledge transferPreferred:Experience with NIST, ISO 27001, SOC or similar compliance frameworksExperience in government or large enterprise GRC environmentsPrior integration with ServiceNow or other ITSM platforms Additional Info:5–7+ years of relevant experience requiredMust be comfortable working onsite full-timeOnly 1 candidate submission allowed per vendorCandidates must be ready for quick interview and immediate joining
