A company is looking for a Technical Lead, Full Stack.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a small team of developers while actively contributing to the codebase
Drive system architecture and enforce best practices through comprehensive code reviews
Mentor team members and ensure timely delivery of technical milestones
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of progressive software engineering experience across the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
2+ years in a technical leadership or engineering manager role with mentoring experience
5+ years of full-stack development experience focused on the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem
Experience with scalable backend services and RESTful/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Nest.js
