Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) based in Greater Sacramento. The COTA will work closely with clients, families, and care teams to provide goal-oriented therapeutic interventions. Responsibilities include assisting in the delivery of occupational therapy services, supporting program development, conducting patient care sessions, implementing home care strategies, and monitoring progress to ensure positive outcomes. The COTA will also facilitate functional skill-building activities to improve engagement and independence in various environments such as homes, communities, and residential settings.
