**Job Summary and Responsibilities****This position floats to 3 levels of care in 1-2 facilities, is paid a 20% differential (of the base hourly rate)!****This position offers $10k relocation assistance!**Are you a highly adaptable, skilled RN who thrives on variety and challenges? Then your next adventure is here!+ Performs assessment/data collection in an on-going systematic manner, focusing on physiologic, psychosocial, cultural, spiritual and cognitive status; also nutrition, pain, patient/family education, family involvement and patient advocacy.+ Formulates a goal-directed plan of care that is prioritized and based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes.+ Implements care in a thorough, skillful and consistent manner.+ Establishes priorities for patient care based on essential patient needs and available unit resources of time, personnel, equipment, and supplies.+ Evaluates effectiveness of care given by health care team members.+ Effectively communicate with patients, staff and providers.**Job Requirements****Required**+ Two years of general RN care experience+ Associate degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent+ Valid compact state or Arizona RN license+ American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support+ American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider+ American Heart Association Pediatric Advanced Life Support if floating to Emergency Department or taking care of patients less than 8 years of age+ Demonstrates competency in basic EKG skills by passing EKG test or successfully completing basic EKG class/modules within six months of position**Preferred**+ Two years of medical/surgical, progressive care or critical care experience.+ Bachelor degree of Nursing or foreign equivalent**Where You'll Work**At **Dignity Health** , living our values means bringing passion into action every day.
