Join us today and bring your individuality along!LPN Charge Nurse Requirements:Administrate or assist residents to self-administer medications and treatmentsCollect, store, and ensure transport of certain specimens for laboratory studiesCommunicate with physicians via telephone, fax, and Physician Communication formsEnsure physician orders, laboratory reports, and other data is scanned and filed in resident chartsAssist in the development and revision of service plans.
