Director Adult Basic Skills

The Director of Adult Basic Skills (ABS) provides leadership and administrative oversight for the ABS and English Language Learner (ELL) programs, including the High School Equivalency Program (HEP). The Director leads a team of instructors and staff in achieving program objectives, meeting state and federal performance-based funding targets, and ensuring compliance with WIOA Title II grant requirements. The Director works to align and integrate ABS programming with college systems and departments, builds partnerships with external workforce and community organizations, and fosters an environment that supports student success and progression toward educational and career goals.
