Construction Recruiting Manager OverviewOur client, a leading national electrical contractor, is seeking a Construction Recruiting Manager to lead and scale recruiting efforts for a rapidly growing Division. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier electrical construction professionals across multiple roles, including field, project management, and leadership positions.The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the construction industry—preferably electrical contracting—and has a proven ability to build pipelines, manage recruiting teams or processes, and partner with operations leaders to meet workforce demands.Construction Recruiting Manager ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute recruiting strategies to support hiring needs within the electrical divisionPartner with leadership to forecast workforce needs and align recruiting with project timelinesSource, attract, and engage top talent across field, project management, and leadership rolesBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and referralsManage and optimize the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through onboardingOversee internal recruiters and/or external recruiting partners as neededTrack and analyze recruiting metrics to drive performance and continuous improvementSupport employer branding efforts to position the company as a top employer in the industryConstruction Recruiting Manager Qualifications5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or strategic roleExperience recruiting within construction, preferably electrical contracting or related tradesStrong understanding of roles within electrical construction (field and management)Proven ability to build and execute recruiting strategies in a fast-paced environmentExperience with ATS/CRM systems and modern sourcing toolsExcellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needsConstruction Recruiting Manager CompensationOur client offers an aggressive and highly competitive compensation package, including base salary, performance-based bonuses, and a comprehensive employee benefits program.To view other opportunities in Georgia, click
