We carry this commitment throughout our global sales, manufacturing, and support organizations.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop, maintain, and enhance software applications using C#, Java and Python.Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues reported by users.Provide customer support through help-desk channels (email, phone, ticketing system).Conduct user training, product demonstrations, and presentations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.Document issues, resolutions, and processes clearly.Participate in product improvement discussions based on feedback.Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications1 to 5 years of professional experience in C# development; Java and Python hand-on experience is plus.Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor, Antigravity, and Claude Code.Solid understanding of software development principles.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong presentation abilities and user training experience.Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Must be willing to relocate locally for onsite work.Willing to travel as business requires.Preferred QualificationsExperience with AI and manufacturing execution system related software development.Experience with help-desk or ticketing systems.Knowledge of SQL, .NET, or Microsoft development tools.Previous customer or technical support experience.Familiarity with enterprise IT service workflows.Web development experience using .NET Core.Work AuthorizationGlobal Wafers America (GWA) will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
